Return policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

The costs and logistics of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective product

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@gardentub.com. Please include the production number in your email and attach clear photos of the damage or defect. You can find the production number on the label on the box and on the underside of your Gardentub.

We’ll carefully review your request and get back to you as soon as possible, so we can find the right solution together.

Conditions for returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

As soon as we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original order.
