Warranty conditions
We offer a 24-month warranty on all Gardentub products under normal use. Should a manufacturing defect occur or your product does not meet the expected lifespan, we are ready to help you with a justified complaint.
Depending on the situation, Gardentub may decide to:
- Repair the product free of charge,
- Provide a replacement product or part,
- Or to refund the purchase price.
What do we mean by normal use?
- The product is used for its intended purpose.
- Sensitivity to soap and chlorine is taken into account.
- In case of defects, do not tinker with the product yourself; contact Gardentub or your dealer immediately.
- Damage by sharp objects such as nails or scissors is avoided.
Problems outside the warranty
Has the guarantee period expired or has the damage occurred due to your own use (e.g. due to a fall or aggressive cleaning agents)? Please still contact us. Repair is often possible for a fee, or spare parts are available.
Important
Gardentub is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use or failure to comply with repair instructions.
